Natasha is a senior employment lawyer and leads GQ|Littler’s client training practice. She an extensive experience in advising on employment relations issues and has a particular passion for diversity, equity and inclusion training in the workplace. She has a wealth of experience in delivering effective employment legal training to clients, on issues including anti-discrimination, harassment, hiring and firing, employment tribunal claims, witness preparation and managing sickness absence. She also writes frequently for legal and HR publications. Natasha previously worked at international law firm Clyde & Co LLP. During this time Natasha undertook a 6-month secondment with Towers Watson as an in-house lawyer. She has also worked as an employment lawyer for Mitie and Coca-Cola European Partners. Natasha is an accredited trainer, certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), Black Solicitors Network, PEN PSL Network and a member of ELA’s Race Equality Committee.

Sarah is the founder and managing director of peopleknd., an HR consultancy based in London, specialising in various HR and People & Culture matters, including employment law, performance management, People Strategies, ED&I, staff engagement, HR policies & procedures, recruitment & selection, restructuring & redundancy, workforce planning, and organisational development. 

Contributing to thought leadership in HR, Sarah Jo authors the HR column for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Business Magazine. Sarah Jo studied Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations (MSc) at Alliance Manchester Business School (2012) and People Analytics at the University of Cambridge (2022). She is a keen supporter of inclusive entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurs.

Before joining the BBC in 2022, Kim was a driving force in the secondary and further education sector at senior leadership and executive level in her specialism of behaviour management, attendance, and safeguarding. Under her guidance, Kim successfully drove forward school improvement, enhancing individual and whole school attendance and behaviour outcomes for 11-19 year old students.

Kim has an excellent portfolio of transformation in her roles; under her leadership she has twice progressed departments from ‘Special Measures’ and ‘Requires Improvement’ respectively, to ‘Good with Outstanding Features’ under the current OFSTED framework. 

Kim has transferred her strategic acumen, to position the BBC as the industry leader for their safeguarding provision across broadcast media.

An expert in organisational whistleblowing management, Jan was engaged in the development of the new ISO 37002 Guidance on whistleblowing management systems, is a frequent speaker on subjects related to whistleblowing, and has authored various articles on new legislation concerning whistleblower protection, anti-corruption and organisational whistleblowing best practices.

Jan is CIPP/E is an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E). He holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) from King’s College London in the United Kingdom (EU Competition Law) and a Master’s Degree (LL.M) from Leiden University in the Netherlands (European Law).
