Disability Discrimination and Accommodation (Advanced) expands upon the learning points introduced in the Basics version of this course. It is designed to give managers the additional information they need to make ethical employment decisions throughout the employment relationship and ensure all employees – including employees with disabilities – are treated fairly and have an equal opportunity to succeed. Since management plays a key role in creating a fair workplace where all employees feel valued, supported and respected, providing effective disability discrimination and accommodation training is an essential step towards finding business success.
