We are seeking a skilled full stack Web Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in headless architecture, API development, and both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and Node.js. Proficiency in Git workflows is required, and experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS platforms is a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Implement and update website pages across locales using approved copy and designs
  • Ensure all website content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is optimised for SEO and conversion rate optimisation
  • Manage website content updates and maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure website content is visually appealing and user-friendly
  • Monitor website analytics and provide insights to improve website performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practises for website content management
  • Optimise on-page elements across our websites, including H1 tags, internal links, metadata, and Schema mark-up

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in website content management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with headless websites and Sanity editor is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, collaboration and web programming and development
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, instills trust, influence, strategic execution and talent development

  • The starting pay range for this role is 900,000+ INR per annum.
