For government contractors, the Procurement Integrity Act (PIA) sets specific rules regarding the government bid and proposal process, from what information they can access and use to what kinds of employment discussions they can have with government employees. It’s critical that employees have the knowledge to comply with these rules.
Part of NAVEX’s government contracting series, the Government Contracting: Procurement Integrity course aims to equip learners with a solid understanding of these rules established by the PIA and how to apply them.
