    Bill Cameron is the principal of Cameron Advisory Services, a newly launched firm providing customized counseling and practical advice about all aspects of ethics and compliance programming.

    Bill’s lengthy in-house experience and deep network of compliance professionals provides a sharp lens for assessing and reducing overall risk, including identifying opportunities to strengthen corporate ethics and compliance programs and improve company culture.

    Bill brings over 22 years of Fortune 500 experience as an attorney, ethics and compliance professional, and trusted executive advisor, to ensure clients are on the path to meet best practice ethics and compliance program goals with a focus on the planning and implementation steps necessary for any successful program expansion or improvement, including engaging key stakeholders across an organization.

    Prior to forming CAS, Bill led the ethics program at Exelon Corporation, with an enterprise-wide portfolio that included oversight of internal investigations, the Ethics Helpline, the company Code of Conduct and related training and communications. Prior to joining Exelon, Bill was Senior Counsel at Constellation Energy, handling all aspects of corporate litigation and dispute resolution. Bill began his career as a prosecutor in Baltimore.

She guides organizational transformation at the nexus of technology, policy, and executive leadership, and brings over 30 years of experience as a management consultant in designing and implementing enterprise change initiatives. 

    Marsha holds an EdD in Educational Technology and Leadership from Pepperdine University. Her doctoral research, Ethical Leadership as an Enabler of Corporate Culture Change, examined ethical decision-making practices across 25 corporations. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and holds a Certification in Corporate Governance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. Currently, Marsha serves as Managing Partner at LMH Strategies, Inc., and serves on advisory boards for Compliance.ai, JustHer Rideshare, the Lewis Latimer Fellowship Program, and the USC Viterbi: Ershaghi Center for Energy Transition.
