Sustainable and resilient supply chains are essential for businesses today. One critical aspect of ensuring supply chain integrity is having a whistleblowing channel where concerns can be securely raised and investigated – this is important not only during due diligence, but also throughout the relationship with vendors.

Join regulatory compliance experts Jan Stappers from NAVEX and Takeshi Yoshida from Baker & McKenzie as they cover everything you need to know in two informative sessions.

Agenda

Session 1
  • Requirements of sustainability due diligence regulations related to reporting channels
  • Essential factors and practical strategies to implement a grievance mechanism
  • Useful suggestions on how to leverage your existing whistleblowing system
Session 2
  • Third party due diligence across your supply chain that meets sustainability due diligence regulatory requirements
  • Comparing Japan’s Guidance for Companies on Respecting Human Rights in Responsible Supply Chains and the EU CSDDD
  • Discussion about other countries with similar existing legislation
