Robert Smith

Robert Smith is the Director, Compliance & Ethics at Serco Group Plc, a multinational outsourcing FTSE 250 company headquartered in Hook England. He joined Serco in 1989 and is now responsible for company policy and standard and its response to ethical dilemmas including ensuring adequate procedures under the UK Bribery Act. Smith is a Chartered Director and Chairman of the Chartered Director Committee of the UK Institute of Directors. He also represents Serco with its membership of the UK Institute of Business Ethics.
