We are looking for a Revenue Operations Leader with exceptional experience supporting go-to-market strategic objectives across sales, marketing, and customer service. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be an integral part of the business and go-to-market leadership teams, tasked with bringing a data-driven framework to create and drive a culture of accountability and achievement for both short-term and long-term goals. You will lead a team of revenue operations and sales enablement professionals to drive revenue growth using data analytics, processes, and tools.

What you’ll do:
Lead all efforts to integrate and automate Go-To-Market processes, systems, people, and data flows to maximize return on investment, bookings, and revenue productivity
Own world-class execution and operational excellence of Rev's Go-To-Market teams, ensuring a tight collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Finance
Support Leadership of all revenue operations processes to include operations, sales enablement, sales and marketing technology stack, insights, and revenue analytics with dotted-line relationships
Drive growth initiatives by leveraging key operational data and providing valuable insights to the business on how and where to prioritize project time for improvements
Be a thought partner across Revenue leadership on short and long-range strategies and planning, including go-to-market operating models, performance analysis, organization design, compensation plan creation and implementation, and prospect/customer/market intelligence
Ensure full visibility of pipeline from marketing campaign engagement to closed-won/lost, ensuring accountability for pipeline creation, hygiene, and conversion
Devise quota, headcount, and territory plans
Deliver proactive and predictive data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership to enable rapid decision-making
Create reporting dashboards so the business can optimize and coach sales reps on how to build sales plans and identify where to focus
Oversee the administration, integration and optimization of enterprise software applications used by the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams including CRM and marketing automation
Enhance sales rep onboarding program to drive the shortest possible ramp time for new sales personnel and reach contribution participation
Provide detailed reporting, forecasts, actionable insights, and compelling presentations for weekly updates, monthly summaries, QBRs, and board meetings
Attract, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing revenue operations team, creating an inspiring experience for people to grow and thrive in life
What you’ll need:
15+ years of related work experience, extensive knowledge of revenue tools, processes, and forecasting exceptional management and leadership experience
Experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS environments
Experience with business case development, go-to-market strategy and operations, forecasting, metrics tracking/reporting, strategic planning, territory planning, predictive account and lead scoring, sales compensation
Strong reporting skills including proficiency in Excel & Salesforce
Detailed knowledge of sales, marketing, and analytics tech stacks
Excellent communications skills and a proven ability to lead through influence in addition to direct management
Experience with ecommerce and channel partnerships preferred
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay range for this role is $200,000+ per annum with 20% MBO and 30% commission target.
